Meet Chris

Hello and welcome. My goal is to help you enhance your health and wellness through fitness, yoga and nutrition.

  • Kinesiology is the scientific study of our human bodies and how they move.

  • American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainers hold practical and science based knowledge in the field of health and fitness.

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Nutrition Coaches educate, authenticate, and design nutritional guidance and recommendations. Nutrition coaches also evaluate clients behaviors and dietary patterns utilizing tools and assessments to identify areas for improvement and motivate individuals to adhere to a healthy meal plan based on science.

  • Registered Yoga Teachers have the ability to teach yoga covering every fitness level. The instructors carry the knowledge of asanas (the bodily shapes), Pranayama (the breathing exercises), Anatomy (how to use the body wisely), Philosophy (the yogic principles that guide you to optimal health), and meditation (how to control, train, and calm the mind).
